Blushing, stammering incoherence from his fans is expected, as is the casual irreverence he gets from his brothers and sisters in arms, some of whom treated him as such from day one. But some seem to think he's going to smite them at the smallest insult, and... okay, in his younger and stupider days he would have postured and blustered to soothe his wounded pride, but Thor likes to think he's made progress on that front. So much so that he's not entirely sure what Kirk thinks he's done.
Well, from his previous experience with Adia's completely unneeded apology, he thinks he has a decent stab at guessing the problem. (He's wrong, but still.) "It's all right, I'm sure you don't run into gods every day."
