My take on Loki is more or less Chaotic Neutral, but with some serious psychological damage in his background that makes him prone to callousness and doubling-down on bad behavior when he's called out on it. He is NOT harmless, nor especially nice, but he does have soft spots here and there, layers upon layers of complex motivations, and will not be played as either a hapless innocent victim or a mustache-twirling baddie. (Granted, he may pretend to be either of the above for his own amusement.)
Default canon point is either immediately post-Ragnarok or (for nexus_crossings) post-IW. I can also happily go AU and have him have survived IW or been resurrected somehow. All variations are valid. I'm not fully comfortable with playing the show's Variant Loki quite yet and will default to something closer to Sacred Timeline (though I can fake it enough for banter-type threads like TFLN), but I'm happy to interact with D+ characters of all kinds.
Loki is genderfluid and pansexual and will shapeshift whenever he feels like it. I enjoy playing him as intersex in smut threads and my headcanon is that that is the genital configuration he's most comfortable walking around with--but that, too, is subject to shapeshifting at his own whim.
At the moment, Loki's femme-form PB is Tarja Turunen.
In narrative, I will use he/him when Loki is presenting as masculine and she/her when she is presenting as feminine. In any form, Loki is still genderfluid and may not bother shapeshifting in order to present at a different point on the gender spectrum. In dialogue, Loki will answer to literally any pronouns you want to use, so feel free to use whatever you want in your narrative/meta as well, as long as I can tell who you're referring to. No one's going to be annoyed or confused if you use they/them, least of all Loki.
Shipping notes for memes and PSLs: No particular OTP here (though I love him with Mobius and with the Grandmaster so bring me those any time), but I am always interested in castmates.
Loki/Thor: Yup. I'm trashy and will absolutely play Thorki, but their brother relationship interests me as much or more, so platonic (or complicated) brother stuff is equally appealing. I will default to fraternal bonds in any thread that is not specifically designated for shipping or smut, so if you want to ship them it's best to let me know via OOC note or PM. If you want something specific, just ask! I don't bite.
Loki/Hela: Did I mention I'm trash? Yes. I expect anything that comes out of this ship to be extremely dysfunctional and terrible, though. If you want an AU where they have some semblance of a healthy relationship, PM me and we'll talk.

I feel like shipping him with Clint or Natasha (or Selvig, although I've never seen anyone playing him) is a little problematic, given the vitriol with Nat and his use of the scepter on Clint and Selvig, but I'm happy to play out reconciliations and see what happens from there, and/or let them top the hell out of him as therapy. I just don't want to play him taking further advantage.
I like Darcy as a character; I think she's adorable. I don't want to handwave too much CR with her, though, so if you want to play her with my Loki, it will take time to build up to shipping territory. I'll give it a shot, though.
No-go ships/smut for Loki are: Thanos, the rest of the Black Order, Malekith, Kurse. Probably Kang, though we haven't seen much of him yet. I'm potentially interested in handwaving (or, if in a terribly dark mood, maybe even playing out) past non-con or sexual torture involving Loki's time with the Black Order, but I wouldn't undertake that kind of thread lightly and sexual torture isn't part of my default headcanon for his time with Thanos.
I will not ship or smut Loki with any character under 18, and tbh my ideal age range for him is 25+. That said, I am amused by the fan theory that Loki is effectively a teenager in Asgardian/Jotunn developmental stages. I don't hold to it in general practice, but if someone playing Peter or another young castmate (Shuri?) wants to explore that idea in an AU, I am up for it, but probably not with actual smut--more like cute fluff and gradual opening-up emotionally, maybe general teenage shenanigans, etc.
No kinklist at present, but in general I'm open to most consensual kinks, interested in realistic BDSM, and always up for vanilla affection and slow-burn romance. I'm not opposed to dub-con if the setup is interesting. 9 times out of 10 I'm not interested in non-con, and would have trouble playing the aggressor in that kind of situation, but I'm not going to get mad if approached, so feel free to ask.
When power exchange is concerned, Loki identifies as a switch. I play him as a pretty soft dom, though, just ftr. As a sub he can be more accepting of whatever his top wants than is entirely healthy so feel free to check with me OOC if you have questions or concerns.
